Estimated latency value.

Description

RoundTripDelay is a read-only Cardinal property that indicates the estimated number of milliseconds required to send the server command and to receive data from the server. 

RoundTripDelay is updated when reading the date time value in DateTimeCard. 

RoundTripDelay is used to adjust the calculated value for the DateTime property.
