Base date used for Time calculations.
property BaseDate: TDateTime;
BaseDate is a TDateTime property used to establish the initial Date for Time server calculations.
If both the server and client are based from the same date which is higher than the original date, you can extend its use beyond the year 2035.
You should change this property only when sure that the time client uses the same value for calculating the date and time.
