Indicates the POP3 CAPA command is supported on the server.

property HasCAPA: boolean;
Description

HasCAPA is a read-only boolean property that indicates if the POP3 CAPA command is supported in the server implementation for the POP3 client connection. 

HasCAPA is updated in the CAPA method to indicate if the the POP3 CAPA command returns the value ST_OK.
