TIdListenExceptionEvent is the type used to represent the event handlers property signalled when an exception occurs during execution of a TIdListenerThread instance for TIdTCPServer.
AThread is the listener thread in the TCP server raising the exception.
AException is the exception captured in the listener thread, and passed the event handler.
TIdListenExceptionEvent is the type used to represent the TIdTCPServer.OnListenException event handler.
