Default port number to use for the port number on the IOHandler connection.

DefaultPort is an integer property that represents the default port number to use when updating the address and port number used as an identity value in Destination

DefaultPort is used when reading the value of Destination for an assigned port number that contains 0 (zero). DefaultPort is also used when setting Port based on a value read from the identifying value in Destination.
