Frees the object instance.
destructor Destroy; override;
Destroy is the destructor for the object instance, and calls the inherited Destroy method.
Destroy uses a TIdCriticalSection to protect access to the global stack instance. When the Indy component instance count is 0 (zero), the global stack instance is freed.
