Constructor for the object instance.

constructor Create; overload;
Description

Create is an overloaded constructor for the object instance. 

Create calls the inherited constructor, and sets the default value for the GrowthFactor property to 2048. 

Create calls Clear to ensure that the internal storage for the buffer contains no existing data. 

Use Destroy to free the object instance.
