Description

ID_Default_TIdAntiFreezeBase_Active is a constant that specifies the default value for the TIdAntiFreeze.Active property in the Create constructor. ID_Default_TIdAntiFreezeBase_Active is also used during component streaming as the defauilt value for the published property.
